Good to know

Do I need an architect for my project?

For structural changes, additions and new homes, usually yes. For smaller updates you may not. A consultation will give you an honest answer.

How do you charge?

Smaller projects are often a fixed fee; larger ones may be a percentage of construction cost or billed by phase. You'll get a written proposal first.

How long does the design phase take?

It depends on the size of the project and your local permit office. You'll get an estimated schedule at the start.

Do you help with permits and contractors?

We prepare the drawings for your permit application and help answer questions from the permit office. Ask about contractor recommendations.
