What does the process look like?
Usually a discovery call, a few concepts to choose from, rounds of refinement, then final files. Timelines depend on the project.
How many revisions are included?
Your quote sets out the number of revision rounds. Extra rounds are agreed and priced before any work starts.
What files do I receive?
Print- and web-ready files, such as SVG, PDF, PNG and JPG, in the color versions you need.
Do I own the final design?
Ownership and usage rights are set out in your agreement and usually transfer to you on final payment.
