Does my pet need vaccinations?
We ask for proof of current vaccinations, including rabies. Bring the record or have your vet send it before your first visit.
How long will the groom take?
It depends on size, coat and condition. You'll get an estimate when you book and a message when your pet is ready.
My dog is matted. Can you still groom?
Usually, yes. Heavy matting often means a shorter cut for comfort and may take extra time; we'll talk it through at drop-off.
My pet gets nervous. What can you do?
Tell us when you book. We'll take things slowly and can suggest a quieter time of day.
