Locations and online appointments

Work from several places, or meet clients by video.

In Bookings → Hours → Locations and online, add each place you work from with its address and directions (parking, entrance). Without any, your page's address is used.

Then tap a service under Services and choose Where it happens:

• In person: at one of your locations. With more than one, clients pick where they'd like to go. You can limit a service to some locations.
• Online: a video call. Clients get the link in their confirmation and reminder.
• Client chooses: in person or online.

• Paste your own meeting room (Zoom, Teams…) under Your video room. Team members can have their own.
• Without one, a Google Meet link is created for each online booking when your Google Calendar is connected.

Tip: Changing or removing a location later doesn't change bookings already made: they keep the address the client booked.
