Stripe and PayPal
Get paid straight into your own Stripe or PayPal account.
Buyers pay you directly: NexoPages never holds your money or sees card details. Connect your accounts in Settings → Payments.
Stripe (cards)
- Tap Connect Stripe.
- Sign in to Stripe (or create an account) and fill in your business and bank details.
- Back in NexoPages, Stripe shows as Ready once it has checked your details. This can take a few minutes.
You manage payouts, refunds and disputes in your own Stripe Dashboard. Stripe charges its usual card fees.
PayPal
- Tap Connect PayPal (Starter and up).
- Sign in to PayPal and agree.
- Buyers can now choose PayPal at checkout. Refunds are made in your PayPal account.
Fees
Paid plans: 0% NexoPages fee. Free plan: 5% on card sales through your Stripe, collected by Stripe as an application fee. Payment links and PayPal carry no NexoPages fee.
Refunds
Refund in Stripe or PayPal as usual. A full refund marks the order Refunded in NexoPages, tells the buyer, and stops any download link.
On Pro, Stripe can also take booking deposits.
